Tagbo is a graduate of Political Science from the University Of Ibadan, with over twenty two (22) years working experience in the private and public sector. A team player and expert in Legislative – corporate communications with nineteen (19) years of experience in various departments and sectors within Anambra state and the National Legislative Structure of The National Assembly. Possessing a unique ability to drive enhanced communication vehicles between the Legislature, and the Executive Arm of Government for the purpose of increasing synergy and promoting a robust relationship.

- Assists and advises Presiding Officers and other elected members in formulating and implementing guidelines for the execution of the Assemblies responsibilities.
Proven ability to drive record high marketing campaign response rates and execute various Legislative, Administrative and communication (multimedia, new media) product launches.
- As a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Anambra state, managed the process that established the Anambra state youth sustainable development platform.
- Developed and maintained a strong partnership between Government agencies, organized private sector, non governmental organisations and the grassroots local youth agencies in order to foster socio economic development at the grassroots level.
- initiator and lead consultant of the Anambra Youth Entrepreneurship Development Initiative (AYEDI), a state backed one stop shop Technical Skills Identification And Development Solution designed to mitigate the current dearth of skilled and competent technicians in the towns and villages by developing competent enterprise builders and wealth creators and creating a bridge between them and youths eager to acquire relevant skills.
